Notes

2026-10-05 00:10 UTC · pnpm web:verify (tools/web/verify.mjs) runs the whole matrix and writes logs/evidence/WEB-verify/verify.json. First run: 15/16 (home Lighthouse performance 89). Fix: the sprite sync now re-encodes large UI sprites for the web apps (same size; opaque textures at higher quality so the leather grain stays, checked side by side; the wiki's files untouched; a source-hash record keeps them fresh) — about 157 → 90 KB on the home page; home 93. Second run: 16/16 passed (Lighthouse 92–99 / 100 / 100 / 100, LCP 2.1–3.3 s on local HTTP/1.1 still over the 2.5 s budget). Evidence pack: logs/milestones/WEB.md (built, verification, bugs found, ledger per phase, owner follow-ups). CONTINUE_HERE gets a 'Web platform' section (only that section committed on HEAD). CI simulated on the staged tree: data 90/90, docs lint 0, tools 7/7, wiki typecheck clean.
