2026-10-04 23:40 UTC · Wiki NAV: 'Web platform (site + admin)' under Tech (/tech/web-platform) and 'Staff console (admin)' next to the public website plan (/staff-console); both export. Ledger: a 'Web apps (site + admin)' section with totals (cost, tokens, new tokens, tasks, tests) and one row per web phase (web-plan … web-docs). wiki:test 286 passed / 3 failed / skipped as before — the 3 failures are the other session's uncommitted round-8 inventory/popup work (round8.spec.ts untracked), unchanged by this task; no new failures. Only my two routes.ts lines were committed (staged on HEAD); the other session's uncommitted routes line stays in its working copy.
