2026-10-04 23:34 UTC · New docs: tech/WEB_PLATFORM.md (order 27: ports, owner runbook, where data lives, instant publishing + cache profiles, security model, demo data, AI pipeline + owner keys, Tailscale phone access, test commands, known limits) and design/ADMIN.md (order 28: 15 modules real/demo, 9 roles from the database, approvals, automatic anti-cheat with review on appeal, GM panel, needs-attention rules, phone layout). Appended PUBLIC_SITE 'Implementation' (built pages, data, no cookies, forms, checks incl. Lighthouse, 25 art requests, what is not built). ADR-025 gets a 'Built' line. LICENSES: 9 grouped rows for the web platform (incl. Alegreya Sans, Geist, the Claude Agent SDK's reviewed terms, claude-code-action MIT verified) and the split table joined. Claims checked against code (bootstrap prompts, workflow triggers, Verify chain). Shared files were committed with only these edits on top of HEAD — the other session's uncommitted round-7 doc changes (which reference the still-untracked drop-quantity.json and market.json) stay in their working copy, so CI's docs lint stays green. Also aligned the Production reader to the existing ZOEN_ROOT variable.
