2026-10-04 19:05 UTC · Evidence logs/evidence/WEB-207: live controls, config. e2e functional flows all passed (run 03: 21 passed — switch off/on with typed confirmation + reason, announcement, override bounded by rulesets max (11 refused, 2 accepted) + rollback, read-only RBAC); remaining failures were timeouts of the multi-page accessibility sweeps / cleanup while the host load average was 150–278 from other projects → sweeps now get 180 s, cleanup only runs where flows ran. Config keys generated from rulesets.json (seed + freshness test); max = largest value any ruleset uses (no invented numbers).
