Publishing queues signed site refreshes (HMAC x-zoen-signature, nonce + 5-min window; contract tested in packages/db) delivered after the response; failures stay queued for the worker and show on Health. Shared safe Markdown renderer (@zoen/ui/content/markdown, React elements only, unsafe links dropped) for the admin preview and the site. Auth hardening: password step reads factors from the sign-in response; code step retries the factor lookup and reports 'try again' on auth 5xx (seen: /user 504 right after a failed code).
