2026-10-04 15:17 UTC · migrations/web1-roadmap-public.mjs (idempotent): roadmap.json gains publicIntro (pre-production: done), plain-words public blocks on M1 (engine foundations: next), M2, M4, M5, M6, M7, M11 (planned) and publicOutro (open beta, launch); M11 group notes the site/admin started early in the WEB lane. Export maps them to public-data/roadmap.json (10 entries, no dates/budgets/task detail); new test enforces keys, status enum and no dates/money words. First run hit 2 transient art-sync failures from the concurrent Codex batch (missing in-flight PNG); rerun 91/91 pass.
