2026-10-03 15:38 UTC · Atlas smoothness measured (Playwright, system Chrome, 160-step drag at ~120 Hz input, zoomed in): desktop frame p95 16.7 ms, draw p95 0.3 ms, 0 long tasks; 4x CPU throttle frame p95 16.8 ms, draw p95 0.7 ms, 0 long tasks. Interaction tests: hover cost preview, atomic path allocation, refund rules, blocked starts, share URL restore, example plan, wheel zoom, touch tap/allocate, one-finger pan, two-finger pinch. Fixed during testing: missing favicon (404), stale empty tooltip box, empty-looking mastery sprites. Evidence logs/evidence/T020b/*.png + perf-*.json
