Measured: the round-1 session ran at a 425k median context (89/95 turns over 150k); the token ledger fell from 4,179 to 324 messages because transcripts are gone (E1); 754 logged test runs, 22% failed. Catalog: +90 proposed details (6 core, 44 slice, 27 alpha, 13 polish), new areas NET, INP, LOOK, FLOW and a proposed alpha stage; UI-05 corrected to 48 px (hud.json); accepted core is 38.
