2026-10-06 17:40 UTC · Built E2/E3/E5/E7 (ADR-031): tools/guard/read-guard.mjs (PreToolUse Read|Bash, deny via hookSpecificOutput.permissionDecision) and tools/guard/context-meter.mjs (PostToolUse *, additionalContext; markers in os.tmpdir()/zoen-context-meter), wired in .claude/settings.json (hooks only); .claude/agents explorer (haiku), queue-runner (sonnet), reviewer (opus); E5 in KICKOFF.md and AI_WORKFLOW.md; documented in EFFICIENCY.md section 3; E2/E3/E5/E7 done on REVIEW_ROUND_2.md. Live in this session: the settings watcher loaded the hooks mid-session, the meter fired once for this sub-agent at 189k, and a Read of a decoy data/skills.json was denied with the ctx hint.
