2026-10-04 14:15 UTC · Root cause was a stale hard-coded fixture that selected the already-delivered Crimson Reckoning request; the dry-run correctly planned no update. Updated the test to use a pending skill request with no source file. Targeted tests passed 3/3; pnpm data:test passed 84/84.
